IT’S DAY 2.

Day 2 of the 7-Day Challenge.

And I hurt.

I did Day 1 of the Insanity DVD workout yesterday.

My legs feel like jelly.

My ribcage is sore.

I feel like procrastinating.

I’m just being honest.

Here’s where public accountability becomes a pain in the

but what am I going to do about it?

I’m going to protect my dreams.

Because I believe I’m the type of person that sticks with things.

Things that are worth sticking with, anyway.

Even when they become

inconvenient,

uncomfortable,

or even painful.

Forget what my historical behavior might be.

Even forget my recent historical behavior.

I’m claiming to be a man of accountability, in this challenge.

And so I’m going to do Day 2 of the Insanity DVD workout.

Even though I have a soccer game at 7pm tonight, and there’s a good chance that the workout will render menext to useless for the game.  (I hate not being competitive in a soccer game.)

What do you know about good excuses?

You don’t know good excuses like I know good excuses. LOL!

I have a good excuse.  But I’m going to do the darn workout anyway.

Do y’all have my back?  BELIEVE ME, I NEED IT!!!

Today’s theme is: PROTECT YOUR DREAMS.

How often are your aspirations called unrealistic?

How often do you believe it?

And slowly start to aspire to mediocrity, or someone else’s goals?

When’s the last time you really believed, that what you dare to hope for in your life, has a chance of happening?

And that you can make it happen, regardless of the odds, regardless of the difficulty?

If you didn’t set a goal for this challenge that really means something important to you…

It’s not too late to start again.

Make it a 6 day challenge.

But make it count.

This is your chance to do something BIG, in 7 (or 6) days, with all the support in the world.

Forget the doubts and the doubters.

Go ahead.  Aim high.
