You now the trouble with procrastination?
It is the master of denial, deferment, and deflection. LOL!

Here’s a short video I posted for you this morning, featuring 7 quick ways to know you’re a procrastinator.

Oh yeah email and Facebook accounts can distract a whole day… I think this “I will do what I need to do, but first, let me check my email, facebook, twitter. Then “let’s check my stats”. After that, “okay, now let’s go to warrior forum”. And again… Check my email, stats, warrior forum.
It was horrible…!
It can really distract all day. That’s why I set specific time for checking emails and stats.
And not believing that I can do something is another huge thing… In the past I was very scared of doing interviews. During my first ever interview I was literally shaking.
But now, once I did it a cople of times, It’s…
EASY Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
Another huge thing for me are deadlines. I’ve found it pretty hard to use deadlines, but once I created a habit, I use them quite often and the results are amazing to me
I just needed a little bit of discipline, some will power and the right motivation.
And how about you? Did you find that using deadlines is not that easy as well?
Thanks for a great video,
Matt Poc
Hey Matt,
Thanks for commenting!
Yes indeed – starting the day on Email, Facebook and Twitter is a BIG No-no! LOL!
Most people do it, though.
Good for you, for setting specific times to check email!
I struggled with self-imposed deadlines. But found that externally imposed ones were more effective for me.
Different people are motivated by different things.
The key is to find what works for you, and do that all day long!
Thanks, Matt!

Bolaji.
you are in part right, I believe that I am a procrastination, but from others realities, such as
fears(failure-criticism-judgement)-lack of attitude, lack of confidence.
My point here is WHAT CAN I DO WHEN MY FEAR IS BIGGER THEN MY DESIRE TO DO OR BE BETTER??
WHERE DO I FIND COURAGE TO DO THINGS I AM AFRAID OF THE RESULTS?SO AFRAID THAT BE STUCK AND ANGER, DESPERATE ABOUT MY SELF AND MY WEAKNESS??
What’s up, Joao?
Great point ..,. and very courageous one to make.
I did a video about my fear of failure…

I think it’ll help.
Check it out, and leave a comment . Let me know what you think. We can continue the discussion from there.
Thanks, my friend!

Hey B, I just spent 8 minutes of procrastination viewing this video
Good stuff…now I’m back to work. LOL!
You are ridiculous, Shae Bynes.
You are also the least procrastinating person I know.
Keep GETTIN’ IT DONE!
Bolaji.
Hey Bolaji, procrastination is a matter of perspective. The fact that one may be holding back in doing something does not necessarily mean one is definitely stopping itself toward making true a specific goal. There are many reasons that may hold you in making it true let alone timing and space in between. Eventually one will get there, thus It may take some time to make it real so, individually, each should find its own pace to realize it when best feels should do so.
Number 6 was for me. There are things that I don’t like but I know that they are beneficial to me and in many ways my family too. So this is something that I must set my mind to do on a daily basis.
Great Job on the video and the entire blog man. May God save us all from procastination.
My guy,
Thanks, man.
May God save us from procrastination, indeed.
(But we’d better play our part to save ourselves in the meantime.)
LOL!

This information has given me a renewed sense of purpose, direction and nocrastination! Thanks so much for this today.
Hi Peggy,
Sorry for the delayed response – I don’t know how this slipped by me!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and newfound sense of nocrastination!
It’s been a month, so, watch the video again! LOL!

Procrastination is my biggest problem…I constantly multi-task doing nothing productive. I feel so grateful for this message. I feel like you know me. And when you mentioned Og Mandino (my personal favorite storytelling motivator) I knew that this message was for me. By the way, the link to this message was in my emtail box! GO FIGURE!
Ha ha –
Hey Jenni.
I’m glad you found some use out of this.
There’s a song that goes:
“We’re all self-conscious, I’m just the first to admit it!” – Kanye West.
LOL!
And yes – Og IS undoubtedly THE MAN.
Thanks for commenting!
