Hello Bolaji,

My biggest problem is analysis paralysis, hopefully this product would solve that and help me move through the rest of the process.

Overwhelming. This seems to be my biggest problem. A lot of products and system tell you what you need to do, and if they show you its so complicated you have to be a computer technician to understand it. I know I have something to offer I just don’t know how to take it from “my heart to my head, on paper and then to a product”. I don’t want someone else to create MY product for me, I just want someone to guide and coach me in the right direction.

Hi Bolaji,

Sure you have here another great winner. I can visualize already the structure you have in mind.

I can’t really say which is my strongest hydra but I know that I have many ideas and different expertise fields to create helpful information products. I just never got to start any project on product creation. Maybe you could tell me?

There is something of overwhelm (just got into marketing for local businesses), there is also somewhat analysis paralysis in the sense that I can’t decide which product to do first and what to include, or how far to go. Should I make it for noobs or just advanced?

I’m afraid that when I get stuck in this stage there is also lack of focus and lack of creativity.

Lack of time is no issue really if motivation is strong enough. So I must assume I’m lacking enough motivation to get it going.

Bolaji, is there any help for me?

Anyway, I wish you great success with this product!

As you can see, others of our friends chose “lack of creativity” as their Hydra.
Maybe you can help them…
and they can help you with the overwhelm bit! :)

Loacl Marketing for Local Businesses has
SO MUCH OPPORTUNITY…
it makes your head spin.

Definitely overwhelming.

Good luck in the contest, Juergen!

This one is easy. The 2 most limiting factors are number 1 and 2: Lack of Expertise and Overwhelm.

Why do I need a product like this? Because if I can remove the obstacles then the only reason left for not performing is me.

What’s up, Vicktor!

Thanks for your comment, bro.

I totally understand where you’re coming from.

Part of the challenge with information products and Internet Marketing
is that
– There is so much information, freely available
– There are so many people claiming easy riches
– There are so many shiny objects and supposed “push button solutions”…

We all have to battle through these things EVERY DAY!

To do stuff that matters
and to stick with something long enough
to allow it to germinate, take root, grow, and flourish.

If you’re willing, we can get there together.

Good luck!!

And come sell me an apartment building sometime!
(The gift for the person who has everything… LOL!) :D

lack of expertise and the lack of creativity are what hold me back from making a real product of my own—even knowing how profitable it can be.

Bolaji O October 16, 2011 Reply

Hey Shannon!

There’s a Kanye West song that goes:
“We’re all self-conscious, I’m just the first to admit it!”

Don’t feel that you’re alone AT ALL.

You’d be surprised how common those feelings are.
EVEN AMONG SUCCESSFUL INTERNET MARKETERS.

If you’re up for it, we’ll get you straightened out…
one step at a time.

And yes – information product creation can be
VERY PROFITABLE.

Of course, the profits rarely come right away…
and neither does expertise.

But if you’re willing to stumble, fall,
brush yourself off, get back up,
and do that over and over
you’ll eventually SOAR.

I have a 15-month old son
that tries to wrestle with my 4 year old and me
every night.

He can’t hang… yet.
But he keeps trying.
One of these days…
He’s going to pick me up
over his head.
:)

LOL!

Good luck, Shannon!

Hi Bolaji
I do lack expierience of actually being successful at this stuff… but i have been studying and learning for just over a year now … i do have a very good grasp of the subject now.
I also lack alot of time since i still have a “Day Job” and work 10 hr days plus 2 hrs comutting :-( … but that still leaves me 2-3 hours a nite to get stuff done
But my biggest problem is FOCUS on what , how , who ..
I truly need a systematic approach to creating products

The product is a goal setting program with a twist that will be targeted to the self help / personal development niche. It’s very practical but has a bit of the magical. A very small dash of the concept that is taught in the secret and a splash of NLP. It’s extremly simple but very powerful. The demo will be ready in a few days time. I’ll send you some details next week if you don’t mind.

Hey, Bolaji!

Having FINALLY finished my very first WSO, I can tell you without reservation that both Overwhelm and Analysis Paralysis are what tied me up on this baby. I set a deadline four weeks out for completion…and EIGHT weeks later, I completed the project but still have to launch the darn thing.

I’ve worried and stressed about every teeny-tiny thing (just ask my wife!), and I’m still stressing a bit, even though my last 2-3 steps seem, well, pretty straightforward.

What do you think? Can your product tighten up my product-creation time by a few weeks?

Hi Bolaji
Not a good enough answer to say all of the things you mention are problems?!

Well, everyone’s an expert on something, Being overwhelmed by trying to pull it all together is a problem. And lack of time is important, there really is a wall to getting everything done. With focus these problems should go away, so I suppose lack of focus is also an issue.

If your product can really pull it all together, then it should be phenomenal – think you have to prove that though, maybe that’s why you are asking for these comments for potential reviewers.

Hello B man,

U R again on top of your game. My lack of focus is what is a issue I am aware of and working on. My gift is 2 interview people doing some radio broadcasting and working as a C.N.A.
Helping seniors allows me good questions and answers in getting people 2 open up and tell me there story, likes, ect. I want 2 create my first project about teaching all business owners what is important now a days when it comes 2 customer service…

The secret 2 real success in business is knowing your customer, knowing his wants and also( more important) what he does not like. I learned from my grandfather who was a store owner in P.A. WHO ALWAYS SAID …”

Service starts after the sale”
Once you have a customers money U need 2 make him so very glad he did biz with U and in return they WILL give you more business. If we only think about all the time we spend buying on or off line what the reason was = most of the time it was something personal. I would love your help 2 creating my 1 st. course.

WE need 2 get back to the mom and pop way of running a honest and friendly business. I have been waiting 4 another like me who’s on the same page. I will use your info. and WSO with much care to asure my success. I would like all of the innovative ideas U have and will put them 2 good use.

My grand father also taught me ” U DO NOT HAVE 2 KNOW EVERYTHING, JUST WHO 2 ASK”

So B,

WE SHOULD ASK 4 THE SALE AND I AM NOW ASKING U 2 = Please allow me a review copy…… I will also promise a well writen review when many forget 2 thank-u,

BUT my review will only be after I really read the material twice, take notes, and try it out. How can so many write a review 1 or 2 days after getting a W.S.O. is questionable.

I am a lady who whats 2 help my local businesses. In Florida so many stores and small business failures 2 or 3 a week. Help me please 2 help them get with it, up 2 date and KICK Butt.

Like the great Hydra beast, everytime I cut off one of the issues stopping my way to success, another one or two pops up to rear its ugly head!

Hiya Sir Bolaji!

Wow man, this thing could just do wonders for me in terms of where I am at, and trying to achieve. Lack of time and analysis paralysis are certainly two of my biggest hurdles. I know I spend way too much time over thinking things trying to get stuff “just right” ya know? And certainly creativity is something that can always be greatly improved because I would rather put out nothing, than put out something that seems re-hashed, or not original enough. It is an awesome concept you have going on here, and I would greatly enjoy all that could gained from your expertise in all areas.
Thanks for your consideration and God bless my friend

Steven October 17, 2011 Reply

Wow, the real question is where do I start? Oh yeah, that is what this product is about! I would say that multiple apply to me, but one of the biggest is overwhelm. I have actually had some ideas for products, both in the IM niche and others, but I have never really gotten started because I am always thinking twenty steps ahead and then think, I can’t do all of it.

I would say the close second, however, is lack of expertise. I always have a guilty feeling about doing something like that when I don’t think I am that good myself at doing IM yet, so how can I possibly tell other people about it. Even things I am good at, I often question myself and my knowledge and think, will anyone really want to learn this from me?

If you can help, I would really appreciate it.

Peter October 17, 2011 Reply

Hi Bolaji,

I understand the concept you are trying to create. However I have found that what works for the creator does not often work for anyone else. So I am intrigued yet cautious.

Like everyone, it can be a struggle for me to manage all these hydras. They are all obstacles – each greater than another depending on the situation.

Even so, they also need to work in harmony with each other and each person has to find that rhythm within themselves. I’m not sure a program like this can change that. But I would happy to be proven wrong.

Curious and thanks.

Bolaji O October 17, 2011 Reply

What’s up, Peter!

Insightful comments, my friend.
Insightful comments.

You are definitely right:
What works for the product creator /
what works for one person
won’t work for many others.

After all –
we all have different learning styles,
different personalities…
different strengths…
different peculiarities.. LOL!

So while we may have a common HYDRA
plaguing our progress,
we may need different swords
depending on who we are
and where we are coming from.

I appreciate your insight!

best of luck in the contest, Peter!

Hi Bolaji,

I think you describe the seven headed hydra perfectly. I know I have seen those heads all over the place when I’m sitting down, trying to move forward from an idea.
I guess focus is one of the biggest heads. It is very easy that a new small thought start to grow when you least want it. Darn I hate that.

I really need a sharp two-handed sward. And I’m sure that’s what you have in store there for us.

I have these great ideas and even greater ideas about how to implement them but I get frozen for some reason. I take two steps solid, then freeze. knowing all the while what I should do. HELP! I have tons of PLR stuff and I’m getting ready to use it to the max. But I’m so tired of “getting ready” I believe your products information will take me over the top. What you speak of is to the core and the foundation of any successful Internet marketing enterprise. It see internal game that must be mastered, and I believe that is what your product speaks to.it would be a tremendous blessing to receive a review copy of your product. Hi Bolaji,
I would have to say that my top obstacle to product creation is being overwhelmed with information and as a result not being able to put it all together.

I find it intimidating to even get started in fear that I may miss an important step and then only realise it at the end, thus failing miserably. There is without a doubt far too much information overload!

I also suffer from not being able to focus on one thing as something new is always launching everyday which promises to be easier and give results faster. It eventually goes all down hill and I end up getting nothing done.

I definately need your product to give me an effective strategy on how to overcome my obstacles (and slay those dragons!) when it comes to product creation if I will ever be successful in this business.

Hi Bolaji,

There seems to be an onslaught of products on product creation lately. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time and did not – for not one but a few of the issues you’ve mentioned (coming up with an idea that would feel solid to me, start creating it and being satisfied with it being less than perfect).

Lately I did manage to come out with a product of my own and even created a special report on the process (so I’ve ended up creating a product on product creation :) ).

I still struggle with the process and would love to further my learning with your product.

We’ve talked before and I’m sure you’ll agree I’m everywhere!!! lol And that’s just it. I’m currently involved and multiple areas of IM. while I’ve had and am having some success, my weakness; like 90% of us, is jumping from one new latest and currently greatest program/wso or method or technique. I’m striving to be among the 10% who master and is exceptional in one specific area and then be able to create products in that area that people want and need. Laser focus it’s called. So my brother, I look forward to consuming and implementing this product graciously. I know it will help me and many others.
