Hey folks.

Just a quick blog post here.  I’m currently in Sunny Miami, Florida, visiting with my parents-in-law.  And ironically, I’m in Miami (Hurricane capital of the USA), avoiding a Hurricane hitting my home state of North Carolina!  Go figure. 

Anyway.  I’ve been thinking for a while about writing an eBook to help folks who haven’t figured out how to differentiate themselves / their personal brand. 

It can be daunting to think:

• “What would people want to learn from me?”
• “I’m not an expert at anything.”
• “What one thing am I the best at?”

I’ve worked with lots of folks in this dilemma. 

EVERYONE is good at something. 

While you may not BE an expert, or FEEL like an expert…
you’re certainly further along the road than a number of other people. 

THEY are your target market. 

Not the true experts in your area of passion or interest… but the newbies, who just need a hand, in a unique voice, from anyone that they can trust.  THAT’S YOU!

Anyway, I think the Super Hero analogy is fitting.

Most times we all walk around in our secret identity, our Clark Kent / Peter Parker identity:
 - Simplifying ourselves to fit into a box, 
 - Fitting in, 
 - And not ruffling any feathers.

I think the world needs YOU, ME, all of us, to:

 - Step up,
 - Pull the cape out, and
 - Do something visible, conspicuous, and genuinely helpful.

(Even if we trip on our cape, and fall on our faces the first few times.  I’ve done that.  LOL!)

Anyway, I’m trying to get a feel for whether there’s real demand for such an eBook…

and if so – what you’d like to get out of such a resource.

Oh – and let me know who your favorite super hero is. 

Mine’s Spider-Man. 

The kid has more drama than a soap opera. LOL!
